1. Agreement to Terms

Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. ggjl does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

7. Account Closure and Termination

ggjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for account closure include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms; engagement in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; provision of false or misleading information; failure to complete KYC verification; suspicious transaction patterns; chargebacks or payment disputes; or any activity that, in our sole discretion, harms ggjl's interests, reputation, or other users.

Upon account closure, your right to access and use the Service terminates immediately. ggjl will return any legitimate remaining balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to ggjl and completion of any pending investigations. Balances derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you remain liable for all obligations accrued prior to closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at ggjl's sole discretion following a comprehensive review.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
